The one thing to know before you buy
Bluetooth here works at close range only, about 8 to 10 meters. If you want to lock or unlock from across town, check who’s at the door remotely, or use Alexa and Google Home, you need the optional G2 Gateway. It’s sold separately and isn’t included in this listing.
Skip the gateway and you still get a fully functional local smart lock. You just lose the remote layer until you add it.
