Out of everything in Koova’s catalog, one product has more reviews than almost anything else the brand sells: the Wall Mounted Bike Rack for 6 Bikes, at $74.95 with a 4.8 out of 5 rating across 86 reviews. I went through the product spec sheet, the install instructions, and independent reviews from outside Koova’s own site to see if it earns that score.
What it’s made of
The rack is heavy-gauge steel with a powder-coated finish, made in Koova’s own Charleston, SC factory. It’s a two-strut wall channel system: you mount the horizontal rails first, then clip individual bike hooks anywhere along the channel.
That last detail matters more than it sounds. Fixed-hook racks force you to match hook spacing to your specific bikes. Koova’s channel system lets you slide hooks left or right after mounting, so a wider mountain bike and a narrow road bike can share the same rack without redoing the install.
What buyers are actually saying
A 4.8 average across 86 reviews is a strong number at that volume. Koova’s own product page doesn’t surface individual review text, so I looked outside the brand’s site for a second opinion.
An independent review from Rascal Rides mounted the two struts and five bike hooks in about five minutes using basic tools, and called it “a great storage solution for everyone.” The same review cites a 150-lbs-per-strut weight rating and notes the main limitation isn’t the rack itself: it’s needing open wall space and a stud finder to mount it correctly.
Install and fit
The rack ships with hardware for both wood-stud and masonry walls, plus install instructions in English and Spanish. Koova states it’s designed to fit “all types of bikes, even fat tire bicycles,” with rubber-coated hooks meant to protect rims and spokes rather than pinch them.
Six-bike capacity assumes you have roughly the wall width to match. Measure your garage wall before you order if you’re tight on space. A narrower run of wall is exactly why Koova also sells 2-bike and 3-bike versions of the same channel system.
How it compares
Against Fleximounts’ comparable 6-bike rack, which is rated to hold 300 lbs total (about 50 lbs per bike) on foam-wrapped hooks with a 1-year warranty, Koova’s per-strut weight rating and lifetime warranty are the two clearest advantages on paper. Should you buy it
If you’ve got open wall space and want six bikes off the garage floor without a fixed-hook layout you can’t adjust later, this is the easiest pick in Koova’s sports storage lineup. Confirm it’s in stock before you plan around it: Koova’s bestsellers do sell through, and this exact model has shown up as temporarily unavailable during high-demand stretches.
