Out of everything YNM Home sells, one product gets singled out by name in outside press more than any other: the Cooling Bamboo Weighted Blanket. Wired called it the brand’s best, and it’s also a 2026 Good Housekeeping bedding pick.
I went through the product spec sheet, the sizing chart, and a stack of reviews from both YNM’s site and independent outlets to see whether it earns that reputation.
What it’s made of
The shell is bamboo viscose, a moisture-wicking, finer-weave fabric built to sleep cooler than standard cotton. Inside, the fill is glass beads sewn into 4.7 by 4.7 inch pockets, sized to keep the weight evenly distributed instead of pooling at the corners.
No Sleepless Nights, an independent review site, backed that design up directly: “Very even weight distribution across the whole body, and the beads don’t bunch up.” That matches what YNM’s own product copy claims, which is a good sign when an outside reviewer confirms it.

Pricing starts from $59 for the smallest configuration and climbs with size and weight. Colors run from neutral picks like Charcoal and Light Grey to patterned options like Leopard and Midsummer Night’s Dream, more variety than most weighted blanket brands bother stocking.
What buyers are actually saying
Customer quotes on YNM’s own site lean heavily positive: “This blanket feels like you’re receiving the most comforting hug without feeling constrained,” and “Of all the different brands we tried, YnM is the best and most consistent.”
ELLE’s review echoed that: the blanket “made the time I spent in bed more productive and restful.” MarketWatch called out the color selection specifically, noting it “comes in more interesting colors and patterns than most.”
How it compares
Against YNM’s own Original Cotton line, the Cooling Bamboo version costs a bit more but sleeps noticeably cooler thanks to the bamboo weave and open airflow design. Should you buy it
If you run warm at night and want a weighted blanket that won’t trap heat, this is YNM’s strongest pick, and the one outside reviewers keep pointing to first. Use YNM’s sizing formula (about 10% of your body weight, plus one pound) before choosing a weight.
