The JADENS 268BT is the model that keeps coming up whenever “budget thermal label printer” gets mentioned. It’s priced around $95.99 to $134.99 depending on color and bundle on JADENS’ own site, and it shows up on Amazon and Best Buy as well.
I went through the official spec sheet, a hands-on review from The Gadgeteer, and Best Buy customer feedback to see whether it earns the praise.
The specs that matter
The 268BT prints at 150mm/s with 203 DPI resolution, on label widths from 1.57 to 4.1 inches. That covers the common 4×6 shipping label size along with 3×3 and 2×1 formats.
It connects over Bluetooth or USB and works with Windows, Android, and iOS. MacOS is USB-only, since Bluetooth isn’t supported on Mac according to the hands-on review. It weighs 4.13 lbs and measures 9.1 by 5.9 by 5.9 inches, small enough for a desk corner.

What buyers are actually saying
The Gadgeteer’s hands-on review called the printer “fantastic” overall, specifically praising the auto label calibration for eliminating alignment guesswork. Reviewers also like that there’s no ink or toner to buy, and that thermal prints come out waterproof.
The same review flagged three real limits: no WiFi (Bluetooth and USB only), no Bluetooth support on MacOS, and a barrel-style power connector instead of USB-C, which limits use with a portable power bank. None of these are dealbreakers for a desk printer, but they matter if you print on the move.
How it compares
Inside JADENS’ own lineup, the 268BT sits above the budget 668BT on label width range and below nothing, it’s the brand’s most fully specced Bluetooth model. Should you buy it
If you want a reliable 4×6 shipping label printer with genuine Bluetooth support and no recurring ink cost, the 268BT is one of the easiest picks under $135. Windows and mobile users get the full wireless experience. Mac users should plan on the USB cable instead of Bluetooth.
