The AIKVSXER 6-Pack 1×4 FT LED Flat Panel Light is the version of this brand’s best-known product that adds an independent wall switch and a built-in night mode on top of the standard TRIAC dimming. Each panel puts out 5,500 lumens from 50 watts, with three selectable color temperatures: 3000K, 4000K, and 6500K.
What you get in the 6-pack
Each panel is an ultra-thin surface-mount fixture, right around an inch thick, with a metal frame and corner protection so it doesn’t chip during install. It’s rated for 120 to 277 volts and carries ETL and DLC certification, which matters if you’re lighting anything beyond a residential room.
The “independent” part of the name refers to the wall switch: it’s wired separately from your main power switch and controls which color temperature is active, plus a dedicated 3000K night mode for low-light use. You cycle through settings by flipping the switch off and back on in quick succession, the same TRIAC-style control AIKVSXER uses across its whole flat panel line.
How it performs
At 5,500 lumens for 50 watts, you’re getting over 110 lumens per watt, which is efficient enough to comfortably replace a full fluorescent fixture in a kitchen, laundry room, or garage. The 10 to 100 percent dimming range gives you real flexibility between “task lighting” and “just enough to find the light switch.”
Most reviewers across this product line describe the light as noticeably bright and evenly spread, with the thin profile making rooms feel taller since the fixture barely drops below the ceiling line. A smaller number report flickering on individual units, which reads as a manufacturing-defect issue rather than a design flaw, since it isn’t the majority experience.
What buyers say
Across the flat panel line’s various Amazon listings, ratings commonly land around 4.7 to 4.8 out of 5, with one popular version showing 59 reviews and an 81 percent positive share. The recurring praise: genuinely bright output, a well-made feel despite the low price, and fast customer service when something arrives damaged.
The recurring complaint is the switch-cycling behavior itself. Because the color temperature and night mode reset when you cycle the switch, some buyers find it too easy to land on the wrong setting, especially in a shared space like an office kitchen where more than one person is flipping the switch.
Install notes
Because the wall switch is wired separately from your main power, plan your wiring before you start, especially if you’re retrofitting an existing fixture that only has one switch leg run to it. The box includes hardware for drywall, concrete, and wood mounting, so set aside a few extra minutes to match the right screws to your ceiling type. Should you buy it
If you want a bright, code-compliant ceiling light for a garage, kitchen, or laundry room without paying name-brand prices, this is a solid pick, and the 6-pack makes sense if you’re outfitting more than one or two rooms at once. Keep the box and receipt in case you land in the small percentage of buyers who need a warranty replacement. My warranty and returns guide walks through that process.
