Out of Aphyni’s entire lighting catalog, the 2×4 LED Flat Panel Light 6-Pack is the one I get asked about the most. At $289.99 for six fixtures rated up to 7,700 lumens each, it’s pitched squarely at offices, schools, garages, and anyone retrofitting an old drop-ceiling grid. I went through the spec sheet, the install requirements, and the available buyer feedback to see if it earns the price.
What you’re actually getting
Each panel is rated for up to 7,700 lumens at around 110 lumens per watt, with power selectable across 30W, 40W, 50W, 60W, or 70W on the same fixture. Color temperature is switchable between five settings: 3000K, 4000K, 5000K, 5700K, and 6500K, covering everything from warm white to bright daylight.
Dimming runs on a 0-10V system, which Aphyni describes as smooth and flicker-free rather than the choppier TRIAC dimming some cheaper panels use. Input voltage is rated 120-277V, so the same fixture works on standard home circuits and commercial 277V lines without a different SKU.
Installing it
These are built for drop-ceiling and grid-ceiling installs, the standard 2×4 troffer format you’d find replacing old fluorescent fixtures in an office or school. Aphyni’s listing notes the 6-pack includes mounting accessories, so you’re not sourcing hardware separately for a straightforward grid swap.

What buyers are actually saying
This is a newer listing next to some of Aphyni’s older flush-mount lights, so it hasn’t built up the same review volume yet. The feedback I could verify was mixed on shipping rather than the fixture itself: one buyer noted a damaged panel on arrival despite good outer packaging, which points to handling in transit rather than a manufacturing flaw.
On the specs side, the flicker-free 0-10V dimming and multi-wattage design are consistent with what Aphyni’s better-reviewed fixtures deliver elsewhere in the catalog. If a panel arrives damaged, Aphyni’s return window is 30 days from delivery, and the company backs at least some of its ceiling fixtures with a 5-year after-sales service guarantee.
How it compares
Against Aphyni’s own catalog, this is the brightest 2×4 panel option, ahead of the smaller 2×2 and 1×4 versions. Against outside brands, Hykolity is the name most buyers cross-shop, since it sells a nearly identical spec sheet (0-10V dimming, selectable CCT, similar wattage range) at a comparable price. Should you buy it
If you’re relighting a drop-ceiling office, school room, or garage and want commercial brightness with real dimming and color-temperature flexibility, this 6-pack covers a lot of ground for under $50 per fixture. Inspect each panel on arrival before installing, since the one complaint pattern I found was shipping damage, not the light itself.
