Installation, the part people underestimate
This is a single-zone system, and Cozeware’s warranty terms are structured around professional installation rather than a DIY setup. The included kit covers the line set and hardware, but you’ll still need an electrician or HVAC technician to run the refrigerant lines and make the electrical connection.

The Visio Series skips the 4D whole-room airflow that Enduring adds and the AI-optimized ECO chip that E-Save uses to claim up to 38% more energy savings. What you get instead is the lowest entry price in the whole Cozeware catalog, at the same core 20 SEER2 rating.
For most single rooms under 750 square feet, that trade-off is a reasonable one. Warranty and return window
Cozeware backs this unit with 5 years of parts coverage and 7 years on the compressor, both measured from delivery, plus a 30-day return window. There’s an important catch though: the warranty only applies to purchases made through an authorized channel like Cozeware’s own site or its official Amazon listing.

How it stacks up against the competition
