I went through the product page, the published lab certificates, and a stack of customer reviews to see if it holds up.
What’s actually in the jar
The resin is sourced from the Altai Mountains, a UNESCO-protected region, and processed with water extraction and microfiltration between 0.45 and 1.0 micrometers. The stated goal is to strip out sediment and heavy metals without stripping out the fulvic acid and trace minerals that make shilajit worth taking in the first place.
Every batch is tested by three separate labs (DaaneLabs, Eurofins, and Harken Research), and the certificates of analysis are published on the site rather than just mentioned in passing. That’s the detail that stood out most to me, since a lot of shilajit sellers skip this entirely.
Dosage and how it’s meant to be used
The product page recommends dissolving a pea-sized portion (about 300-500mg) in warm water, tea, or milk, taken twice daily, ideally morning and afternoon. At that dosage, a 20-gram jar lands right around 65 servings, or about $0.80 a day.

Across the brand’s Trustpilot reviews, one theme comes up repeatedly: consistency. Sofia, 35, said her digestion improved within a week of daily use. Jessica, 42, described clearer skin, a steadier mood, and sharper focus.
Others focused on the texture itself. One reviewer, David K., compared it against other resins he’d tried and called the Altai texture “dense, pure,” with a noticeable difference from other brands he’d used before. The company also states less than 1% of customers ever request a refund, which lines up with the review pattern I saw.
